Here is the legal stuff and how we operate.

This is serious. We cannot be held liable for any damages, financial loss or negative vibes caused by a purchase from our site. We are the link between you and the shaper and we will do everything in our power to help in any matter relating to your purchase. We only pay the shaper on confirmation of your order in good condition. Should any dispute arise, we will hold back your funds until a resolution is found. If a product is considered faulty by Surfboards Online, then a full refund will be offered. We want you to get your dream surfboard, not get ripped off. A happy surfer is a happy shaper.

We respect your privacy. We will never spam you or give anybody your details (not even for money)

We operate as the middle man between you, the surfer, and the shapers. You pay us, we order your surfboard the way you specify, you get your boards, the shaper gets their money and a relationship is born. Your details stay on file, so you and your shaper can look back at previous designs they made for you.

Refunds for surfboards. Once you pay for the surfboard, we order it and the process begins. We are not allowed to cancel orders with shapers as they order in materials and spend a lot of time on your board. These are also made to your specifications, so re-selling to recoup costs is not a viable option. Why would you want to cancel anyway, all you have to do is sit back and wait for delivery. Of course if you let us know right after ordering and before we commit to the order with the shaper, then a full refund is allowed.

Refunds for accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with these products, then a 7 day return policy is offered. We want you to be 100% satisified with your purchase. We also cover order lost or damaged in the post.

While delivery dates are specified, these timeframes can vary slightly. Lets get realistic and understand the variables. Material delivery delays, couriers, illness, great waves, great times and many other good reasons may delay the delivery of your surfboard. Everyone really does try to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee an exact day. Saying that, we don't expect you to wait a few extra weeks and part of our deal with the shapers is deadlines should be met.  We will persue any deliberate or ridiculous delays which may result in a refund being offered if the shaper cannot deliver in due course.
